KINGSTON, Ontario – Arthur Milnes is about as knowledgeable a historian on Canadian prime ministers as you’ll find. He’s a fellow at Queen’s University and was a researcher on Brian Mulroney’s memoirs. I was up in Kingston recently and he and I got together for the first time in 16 years to talk 2011 Canadian election. He’s engaging, as you’ll see from the video.
